1. How many training days it take to complete APT?

• The training program could be completed in 12 days.

2. What is the regular training schedule of APT?

• For those availing of the open-to-the-public APT, the training program will run from Monday to Friday.

3. What is the maximum number and minimum number of participants for APT?

• We could accommodate a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 20.  

4. Where are trainings usually conducted?

• We conduct training within the office of Orange & Bronze. We have training rooms available.

5. Do you customize your training programs?

• You may request for a customized training program, provided that the topics are within the scope of the training program. Customizations may be in the form of schedule changes, the topics to be discussed and the like. 

6. Do you offer Saturday or after-office training sessions?

• Not at the moment.

7. How can I pay for the training?

• You have three options:
  • a. Cash
  • b. Check
  • c. Bank deposit

8. Do you accept credit card payments?

• Not at the moment.

9. During the training course, will our company get regular feedback on the progress of our trainees?

• Yes, you

10. Does APT have a final examination?

• There is a case which will measure how much the participants have understood from the training.

11. Does O&B issue certification after the training course?

• O&B issues certificates at the end of all their training courses.
  • a. O&B awards Certificate of Completion for participants who passed all the requirements of the course.
  • b. O&B also awards a Certificate of Attendance to those who finished the training.

12. What will the final assessment include?

• At the end of all our courses, trainers provide individual assessments on the trainees aside from the technical examination grades. The personality, character and attitude of each participant are evaluated. Examples of such qualities are the participant’s enthusiasm, participation and collaboration during the training course..

13. Do you require any dress code during your trainings?

• There is no dress code required in attending the O&B trainings. Participants are welcome to attend class wearing semi-formal, business or casual attire.

14. What are included in my training investment?

• d. Refreshments

15. Can we choose to take only certain modules of APT?

• Yes, you may choose only certain modules of APT. Most of the modules are good for one day and if you want only several modules, you may opt to do that.
