Origin Story
O&B was founded in July 2005 by Calen Martin Legaspi with the vision of establishing a technology company that showcased Filipino engineering talent. The goal was to contribute to global programming standards brought to fruition with software development training services. Pioneer clients recognized the excellent training methods employed by the training team and requested to consult with O&B to find solutions to the development challenges encountered in their projects. This provided Calen the opportunity to grow the company and offer more services, including software development and Agile coaching.
2007 saw O&B getting recognized by foreign companies looking for a competent development center in the Philippines to outsource work. This enabled O&B to grow exponentially to meet the demand. From hereon, the company has worked on local and offshore software projects, many handling millions of daily transactions for multi-billion dollar companies worldwide. Clients span various industries and disciplines - including banking, telecommunications, real estate, construction, and education.
O&B currently delivers software consulting, product engineering, and software development training services with a focus on Java technology. O&B is a proponent of Agile software development and is a known thought leader in Agile.
