In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also handle the administrative management of O&B’s Google Workspace service, making you a key player in our operations.

This role is fully onsite in Makati City, with a flexible work schedule. We value the importance of face-to-face collaboration and hands-on involvement in our daily operations, offering you a dynamic and engaging work environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Test Administration: Ensure timely distribution and completion of assessments for candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Offer Management: Prepare job offers, facilitate negotiations, and oversee pre-employment documentation for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Regularly update recruitment tracker reports and participate in meetings to provide status updates.
  • Client Relationships: Manage administrative tasks related to O&B’s Google Workspace service, serving as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional English language skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Highly polished and professional presentation (dress, grooming, comportment).
  • A pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
