Duties and Responsibilities
- Model Delivery: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models (both classical and deep learning) that not only meet but exceed defined performance benchmarks and core business objectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate proactively with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other Engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Iterative Improvement: Actively monitor model performance in production environments and drive continuous improvement by quickly gathering feedback and iterating on models and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and responsible individual eager to drive results in the LLM/RL space.
- You have demonstrated experience doing ML, which could be from coursework, personal projects, or previous work experience.
- You are Fluent in Python and can rapidly build and iterate on environments.
- You are a heavy user of LLMs in your daily work and are intimately familiar with their shortcomings and capabilities.
- You demonstrate High responsibility and high integrity in all aspects of task creation and delivery.
- You are a creative thinker who can generate novel task concepts in your specific domain.
