Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Features: Develop and implement software features under the guidance of senior developers, always in compliance with company and client best practices.
- Learn & Grow: Dedicate time to learning new software development practices and technologies, as prescribed by the company and as needed by our clients.
- Contribute Ideas: Actively contribute to the team’s ideas and plans, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
- Coordinate with Clients: Directly coordinate with client counterparts, fostering clear communication and understanding.
- Share Knowledge (Optional): If you show proficiency in a subject matter, you may be asked to teach classes, maintain training materials, or conduct short talks for both internal and external audiences.
