Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of brand-aligned marketing campaigns, managing creative teams to produce content, while balancing strategy, data, budgets, and deadlines to drive business goals.

S/he will act as the bridge between creative vision and business values, turning ideas into high-impact assets through planning, trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to boost engagement and conversions.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Location: Makati

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital ads, print, social media, email, etc.).
  • Define campaign goals (KPIs) and report on performance/ROI to the CEO.
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand presence throughout the year.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Draft press releases, coordinate with media outlets, and manage external partnerships.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all public-facing communication aligns with the company voice.
  • Oversee and execute the visual identity of the company.
  • Evaluate and optimize design workflows to ensure efficiency between creative and strategic tasks.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget for ad spend and PR events. Orange & Bronze Software Labs, Inc.
  • Identify and manage external freelancers or agencies for overflow design work or specialized tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in social media advertising
  • Knowledge in web and social media metrics
  • Experience in organizing events (school events count)
  • Leadership experience (school organizations count)
  • Creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn
  • No professional experience is necessary but is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
