Senior HR & Admin Manager
Job Description
As the Senior HR & Admin Manager, you’ll be a key player in enhancing employee engagement, performance, and organizational efficiency. You’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and play a crucial role in compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and overall office administration. You’ll report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and indirectly to the General Manager and SVP Operations & Delivery, while supervising our HR & Admin Assistant, Accounting Officer, and Administrative Support Staff.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Makati City, with a hybrid work setup requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Ensure smooth transitions for all internal movements, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review systems, setting standards and providing guidance.
- Support Learning & Development: Assess training needs, recommend solutions, and monitor career progression.
- Foster Employee Engagement: Initiate programs that boost morale and improve retention.
- Manage Office Administration & Safety: Oversee efficient office operations and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Maintain Accurate Data: Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of all HR records.
- Prepare Reports & Announcements: Generate HR metrics and communicate company updates effectively.
