Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating operational tasks related to talent acquisition. This role involves assisting in candidate sourcing, resume screening, test administration, interview scheduling, and maintaining applicant records.
The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication with candidates and helping manage logistics throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sourcing Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through online channels and school partnerships.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews based on preset qualifications and shortlist candidates for further screening.
- Test Administration: Send assessments to candidates, monitor completion, and coordinate with the Head of HR & Admin on test results.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and interviewers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities by working with department managers to prepare necessary equipment, accounts, and documentation.
- Internship Coordination: Work closely with school partners and ensure the timely scheduling of internship programs—plans shall align with the directives of the Head of HR & Admin and CAO.
- Database and Report Maintenance: Keep recruitment files, trackers, and dashboards up to date for monitoring hiring progress and candidate status.
- Job Offer Coordination: Manage the job offer lifecycle, including preparing offer letters, coordinating internal approvals, and arranging offer discussions between candidates and the Head of HR & Admin.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years in recruitment, HR, or administrative support, preferably in tech or a fast-paced environment. Prior ATS experience is a huge plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in ATS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic LinkedIn sourcing.
