Calen Legaspi, O&B’s founder and chairman, will take on a more active role within the company, stepping in as Chief Scientist and Principal Dean of the O&B Academy. This move aligns with O&B’s ongoing efforts to foster talent and thought leadership in the tech space.

Mark Forsyth, previously serving as Board Advisor, will now officially assume the role of General Manager. With over 30 years of international experience in banking, finance, technology, and consulting, Mark is well-positioned to lead O&B’s next phase of growth. In his new role, Mark will focus on driving O&B’s international expansion and leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to enhance the company’s global footprint.

In a related move, Adam Breen, O&B’s outgoing CEO, has resigned to pursue personal projects. The company expresses its deepest gratitude for Adam’s significant contributions during his tenure and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.

Further strengthening the board, Jan Espino joins as a director, bringing with him extensive expertise in cybersecurity. Jan’s addition is set to enhance O&B’s capabilities in protecting client data and ensuring robust security solutions.

Additionally, Jake Go, a renowned Filipino entrepreneur and founder of Springboard, has joined as the new Business Development Director. Jake’s experience and insights are expected to further elevate O&B’s business development strategy.

In a move to strengthen its presence in Mindanao, Leuther Mojica has been appointed as the Business Head for Mindanao and Davao. His new role will focus on expanding O&B’s footprint in the region and driving strategic growth.

Benedict Dy has been appointed as Head of Engagement and Management Consulting, where he will lead client engagement efforts and provide strategic advisory services to O&B’s growing portfolio of clients.

Juno Aliento takes on the role as O&B’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he will oversee the company’s technology strategy, innovation, and development of cutting-edge solutions for clients worldwide.

Lastly, Maegan Gabriana will step into the role of Division Business Head of O&B Academy, where she will lead the company’s training and development initiatives.
