Manila, Philippines — O&B hosted the drafting and validation of the first Philippine National Skills Framework for Technology on Friday December 15, 2023 and Monday December 18, 2023.

In partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology – Philippines (DICT), Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA), and Thames International Business School, this project was a collective endeavor towards bridging the talent gap in the Philippine technology sector, providing clarity on the skills essential for each career stage.
